Shelly McCall is the Director of North Arkansas College Carroll County Center and Adult Education Program. She has been with the College for 7 years and has a passion for reaching the first generation college student and empowering them to be successful in whatever educational or career path they choose. Shelly graduated from BHS in 1983 and has since earned a Masters degree in Organizational Psychology with an emphasis on strategic planning. She is also an experienced grant writer, a veteran, and is interested in community coalition development. She is married to Brad McCall and has two wonderful children, Nick and Breanna Marlowe

(WHICH MY FATHER PASTORS) THIS IS MY 1ST YEAR ON THE CHAMBER BOARD AND I AM HAVING A GREAT TIME. I HAVE BEEN RECENTLY VOTED TO THE CARROLL COUNTY CATTLEMENS ASSOCIATION BOARD. I AM WORKING FOR A GREAT COMPANY CALLED "JIMMY JONES EXCAVATION, INC." (SINCE 2004) THE COMPANY WAS STARTED BY JIMMY JONES, (A NATIVE OF BERRYVILLE) WHO HAS BEEN IN CONSTRUCTION FOR 35 YRS.

She is a member of the Carroll County Fairboard, the CC Drug Free Coalition and involved in many local festivities and events.
